Seasonal Tours

1. Check back with us for Pre-booked Guided Tours of the entire 3.5 acre Botanical Preserve. They will be offered again in the Spring of 2011.  We are busy with private events plus needed maintenance projects for the rest of 2010.  

2. Jim's Loop, the Wheelchair Accessible Trail is available by appointment.  The deer enjoy this trail too !                    Contact Us to prebook an appointment.

3.  October 6, 7, 10, 2010: Private guided tours will be available to members of American Rhododendron Society attending the Western Regional ARS Conference in Florence, Oregon.  We will be attending the conference 10/8 & 9th. Please Contact Us to prebook a tour date and time.

4.  October 15, 16, 17, 2010 will be the 11th Annual Yachats Mushroom Festival.  Guided mushroom walks in GBP will be led by mycologists.   The schedule for this event will be posted soon on http://www.yachats.org/events.html#Oct

The Preserve is bordered by the Siuslaw National Forest.  Blacktail deer, coyote, black bear, raccoons and many birds are often viewed within the garden at various quiet times of day. 

Please keep your pets at home to help protect the fragile plants and the native wildlife.
